This policy explains what information Ethers League (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit ethersleague.com, and why. The short version: we have built the site to need as little of it as possible.
1. Information we do not collect
There are no accounts, sign-ups or payment forms on this site. We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth or any financial details, and the game does not store your coin balance or spin history on our servers.
2. Information processed automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting provider receives standard technical data when your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. This data is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
3. Game data
The Quintessence Still runs entirely in your browser. Your balance, bet and results exist only in the memory of the open tab and disappear when you close or reload it. Nothing about your play is sent to us.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers to fetch them; Google’s own privacy policy applies to that request.
5. When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and keep the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your question, after which it is deleted.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and email), under obligations to protect it, or where the law requires us to.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of them, write to support@ethersleague.com. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority where you live.
8. Age
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
